Trailers with a gross weight of 3,001 pounds and over require a properly executed title or MCO and a bill of sale OR the blue copy of the New Hampshire title application. If you do not have the title for your vehicle and your vehicle is model year 2000 or newer, you need to provide us with the current out-of-state registration and the lienholder information along with your proof of residency.
